Setup MAEC (Malware Attribute Enumeration and Characterization)

As of today, MAEC is written for python 2.6. So don’t try to setup MAEC using higher version of python. You need to install these dependents.

Installed:
    setuptools – (https://pypi.python.org/pypi/setuptools)
    Cybox – https://github.com/CybOXProject/python-cybox
    http://www.lfd.uci.edu/~gohlke/pythonlibs/5utnw8rk/lxml-2.3.6.win32-py2.6.exe
    http://sourceforge.net/projects/saxon/files/Saxon-HE/9.4/SaxonHE9-4-0-6N-setup.exe/download

Finding right version of lxml binary is a challenge for windows. You can download the binary from the link provided. I have provided a link for .Net version of Saxon to convert the MAEC to HTML format. As of now, only way to use the MAEC is to convert it into HTML.
